Friends & Family test results: July 2015
We had a total of 6 responses all of which said they were extremely likly to recommend us to friends or family.

Some of your comments were as follows:

Other NHS news: Spending Cuts...and You

As you are aware; there are big changes happening within the NHS...they affect us all, and future generations to come.

The NHS has to make huge spending cuts in order to survive and continue to provide free care to the residents of the UK.

This means that we all have to make spening cuts wherever possible; this may mean that we have to prescribe cheaper versions of your medication, or stop prescribing non-essential medicines like cream for dry skin if it is not a clinical condition like eczema for example.
We are measured against our ability to make these cuts and we will get penalised if we do not achieve the targets that have been set for us.

We want you to know that the our Doctors will never compromise your care, if your medication has been changed to a cheaper version, it does not mean that it is less effective medicine. Mostly, the savings are made by simply choosing a generic brand instead of one made by a large pharmaceutical company and the ingredients are exactly the same!

Please try to remember that NHS funding is not bottomless, operations and cancer treatments are not cheap...if we want to continue to have the best healthcare service in the world we have to start making savings!
