How to get a prescription
To order a repeat prescription you can; fill out your repeat order form, do it online, email it, fax it, or send in a written request.
If you have previously been given a prescription for a straightforward condition, such as hay fever, we can usually issue a prescription after recieving your written request; please ask reception for more detail.
Your local pharmacist should also be able to give you advice for non-prescription medications and some illnesses.
Repeat prescriptions
You can only get your medication put on repeat by the Doctor. Staff are not able to add or alter medication to your repeat list.
We will re-generate your repeat prescription within two working days from the date you request it. We collect the prescriptions form the boxes all day not just at 9am.
Re-ordering prescriptions
When re-ordering your medication please tick all the items that you want on the list of medication attached to your prescription.
We do not take telephone requests for repeat medication, unless you are a housebound patient.
