The PPG minutes and survey results can be emailed to you upon request.

Unfortunately the website is not big enough to hold all the documents.

We are always eager to have new members join us - it is an opportunity to become involved in improving services for everyone who uses the Mount! if you have a good idea let us know!

If you cannot attend meetings we can organise other alternate methods of contact; please contact the practice if you wish to join.
